Here's how spoilers work: you know when someone comes up to you and says, "Man, I just saw the best movie..." and then they continue on and tell you all about the plot twists and turns and things you never would have seen coming, and then when you actually get to see the movie, you already know all the secrets and you don't get the full experience of the movie.
On an online forum, we have the luxury of using "spoiler" tags, which basically look like this: i am surprising text! If you wanted to use spoiler tags, here's how: CODE
i am surprising text!
It changes the background color of whatever is between those two tags to the same color as the text itself, so that people can't inadvertently read information they may not have wanted to know. In order to read the text, they just have to click and drag over it like they're highlighting the text, and it'll show up for them. -------------------- "I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no 'brief candle' to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations." --George Bernard Shaw, Man and Superman |
